Sometimes an experiment goes exactly right, even if it does have unexpected results. That’s what happened here, with this unique and highly individualistic necklace pair. Each square pendant is smooth and translucent; multi-layered grey-purple in tone, set with a midnight blue crystal in facing corners. As a craftsperson, I couldn’t duplicate these pieces if I tried. For those who like art, purple, quirkiness and the truly unusual.

The large pendant measures 3cm (1.2 inches) square and 0.5cm (0.2 inches) in height, while the smaller pendant is 2.5cm (1 inch square) and 0.3cm (0.1 inches) in height. The PU (vegan) leather cords attached to each pendant are an identical 42cm (16.5inches) in length, with 5cm (2 inch) extender chains.
